Is Cam's throwing motion as important as Florio suggests?

Are there any lessons to be learned/applied to this situation with Cam, from what has happened with Kemba?

Only if you're someone looking for an ax to grind.

The Hornets are a rebranded bad franchise that has made many bad decisions over a number of years which have led them to this point. Even worse in all that is the fact that even with a star like Kemba, they were extremely lucky to even make the playoffs let alone win a single playoff game. Actually winning a playoff series was never in the realm of possibility.

The Panthers on the other hand, while clearly inconsistent, have at least been in the playoffs, and even a Super Bowl. Everything depends on how they play this season, but they have the core to make a run if healthy.

Cam has had issues with his throwing motion, mechanics, just about everything. The way he was throwing put massive torque on his upper body. Dude had trash for an OC and QB coach for most of his career, hopefully the Turner’s can get him straightened out and we keep him for a few more years
