Rebuild is not a word I want to hear

We don't need to do it. We have our running game, we have our defense. All we need is consistency, health, and a quarterback that does one thing, NOT TURN THE BALL OVER!

I'm in favor of A.J Feely being put in over Jake D and Matt Moore. He's old so he's been around the block and I think he has the best chance of being the guy to replace Delhomme for just this season. I'm not saying he is our future or he's even going to do anything if he does get the start, I just like the idea of putting him in over Matt Moore.

Really, the way I see it Delhommes all we got. If John Fox doesn't want the Carolinas to hate him he's gotta either get Delhomme into shape quick or make a move for an answer.

Let me repeat though. Rebuilding is not the key. we have the tools. We have the key players. We just need some glue to put it all together. Some glue and some way to fix the problem we have at quarterback.

Its gonna be a long season guys. May God be with us all.

What are your thoughts for a new qb next year?

Who? Rookie draft pick, vet, both?

let moore start the rest of the season and see how he does.

if moore doesn't work out then in the draft next year spend the first pick (where ever it is) on a QB and let rip or whoever is here next year work on him.

probably should be drafting a QB early next year regardless, though.

My question know is. Who has been coaching Jake?
for the most part it has been mccoy for much of his time here but mccoy really didn't do much with him.

this year they got someone who actually knows how to work with QBs but the problem that a lot of people say is that he got fed too much information and is now thinking about what he is doing too much.

i don't know. i think the problems have more to do with jake just being past his prime/usefulness than anything.

not a result of QB coach issues. more has to do with where his head is, where his throws are going, and what he's being asked to do by an inept group of playcallers.

I think there is something wrong with his shoulder. I could be wrong, I'm wrong alot now that I think about it, anyway I think that could be why all his passes sail on him.

maybe his shoulder is actually fixed now? it is possible that before the tommy john surgery he could have just been performing at 85%. but since then, with the same mechanics, he is overthrowing his receivers a lot more, maybe because when he tries to throw the ball as hard as he can, he can actually do it now. He could have just gotten use to sucking at throwing and now that his arm is bionic, and what not, he just needs to learn how to control it again.

That's funny
