Looking at the roster right now without Kemba, we got to be the worst team in the NBA. MKG and Zeller will find plenty of times getting hurt. Monk will continue to brick 3s. The three rookies will be in the Gleague. Miles is probably the best player on the team. Arnoldas Kulboka will be Kristaps Porzingis?

There is zero question about it being the worst roster in the NBA. Most of our starters would be role players or backups on almost every other team in the league. Some of our backups wouldn't even make the rosters of about half the league's teams.

Report came out saying only way he stays is for the full supermax deal fully guaranteed for all 5 years. So I'm expecting him to sign with Boston now. Just another reason why MJ needs to go as owner or at least stop trying to make all the decisions and over ride everyone else. Let the people you hired do the job you hired them for.

What about the statement by Kemba himself a few weeks ago where he said he would consider taking less just to stay in Charlotte?  I took to twitter that this could have been agent-speak coming from Kemba's mouth to put it out there that it isn't about the money, so that when he leaves to play for a contender, it can always be said that it wasn't about the money.  I got roasted for that take but it may not be far off from the truth.

I just don't see Boston as much of a serious contender, TBH. If Kawhi leaves Toronto, they might move up a slot but they will still be far behind Milwaukee, most likely. Probably the 76ers too.

Boston is much more of a contender than we are but that isn't the franchise I would hitch my wagon to if I was chasing titles. That being said, they might be the only real contender that is giving him a serious offer.

Even if the Hornets are the worst team in the NBA again, they likely won't get any favors from the draft lottery, certainly not the top pick.

7-59.

.106 win percentage.

Couldn't even sniff first overall in the lottery.

There's obviously no defending Jordan's stint so far as owner, but the league itself has played a significant role in this disaster too.

Good move by the Hornets if this is true.  I wouldn’t have gone much higher either.

A good move would've been dealing him sometime in the past 2 years. Not letting him walk for nothing.

The win percentage doesn't matter. We had a 75% chance of NOT getting the first pick. And that's what happened. The crime was in selecting MKG over Beal. Another self-inflicted wound.

The fact that AD went to New Orleans was just more salt in the wound.
