Big Butt BBQ

We attended the Huddle BBQ on Sunday before the game to raise money for bikes and helmets for children. Got to meet many old and current Huddle folks, very nice people. I got to eat some BBQ, wings and buffalo turds. I voted the wings the best, my sweetheart voted the turds the best. We both agreed that the BBQ was out of this world. We both love BBQ and this was some of the best I have ever ate. Thank you so much for all the food, our tummies were full before the game.

Thank you for all the hard work you put into feeding everyone. You never quit working the whole time we were there, I know you were tired. I hope you raised alot of money for the bikes and helmets.

Thanks again, and nice meeting you.

I forgot to say the game sure did suck. There were almost as many Bills fans there as Carolina fans, that was a first for me. They also were very loud and rude to our fans. I saw many almost fights, mostly verbal BS. One Bill fan pulled out his weewee in front of a young girl, this was after the game. They came up to truck when we were leaving to tell us to call the newspaper the next morn to put an ad out for a new QB, we ignored them. Your typical NY Yankee Fan Rednecks.

All our Panther fans looked and acted like our world just came crashing in. Over half the fans left before the interception was made, I stayed till the end. Our fans really didn't have much to cheer about, it was a tuff game to watch.

Congrats guys on the new little bundles coming your way. Yeah, life will change forever, but it's the greatest thing in our lives when they get here. That is until your son hits 19 and still don't know what a job is.

reminds me of the good ol days when I was 19

    • I think most of those guys(Clowney, Robinson, Tuttle, etc) are likely just placeholders for upgrades either through free agency or the draft.  It's not just that we aren't that talented in the front seven, it is that there is absolutely zero depth. It goes from bad to worse very quickly when people are getting subbed out. We have to invest a lot of resources in the next 2-3 drafts(or more) to shore that up. When you look at this current front seven, there are not many of these guys(if any) that would be starting for more than half the teams in the NFL right now.
    • get the team right, then get your QB and make it easy for the QB to do his job. Good OL play helps immensely. Good receivers helps immensely as well. But also, you need to have a defense that can give your offense more and better opportunities and take the pressure off the need to score 40 points or throw 500 yards a game.  if you are expecting your QB to fix everything, you're expecting too much.  QB is only 1 of 11 on offense and then there's the whole defense. it doesn't matter who your QB is if they aren't on a team that is put together right.
    • You can't use "Charlotte" in an argument when the team is "Carolina". You'll get your ceremony one day, Cam. Be patient.
