Fox Said......

I'm interested to know the context in which he said it....is that his admission that Jake will start this week? Or is it just more buildup for the decision we will hear later this week?

it was more like...

Tim Ryan: how do you feel about Jake going in to this game? For me personally I think he has the best chance to win.

John Fox: Yes he does, and we will just see how it all plays out during the week. But he does give us the best chance to win and we are not too sure about the other guys.

more or less

This just bugs me and is why Fox has to go. In a way, he might be right that Jake is the best QB on the team.... WELL WHO's FAULT is that??? And if you dont think Feeley has shown you enough then WHY DID YOU PUT McCOWN ON IR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if you dont think he could have stepped in then why did you trade to get him in the offseason.

Another season now down the toilet because of Fox/Hurney's failure to have a viable QB of the future on this team.

He said the reps will remain the same for the most part in practice unless he see's something to change that

Sounds almost like he's trying to talk himself into it, doesn't it?

Could be Fox's usual obfuscation. At least that's what I'm hoping. I'm not on the "Fire Fox" bandwagon at this point, but if he sticks with Delhomme through another ugly loss I may be looking for a seat.
