HUGE Kudos to Ron and Marty.  Not many teams could lose 3 guys the caliber of Pep, Ryan and TD in the same off-season and still have such an amazing core of leaders on and off the field. 

Building a locker room is what Ron does best. Let's pray it translates to wins on the field as it did in 2015.
