Glad she brought up the defense. It isn't all on Cam. But yes he's extremely important.

Pretty fair analysis honestly. When healthy he can be unstoppable. But if he isn’t right, the whole team suffers in a very big way.

They pretty much stated the obvious, in terms of his value to his team.

But they said "pivotal," which isn't translated to "powerful."

When I saw the tile of the thread, I imagined it regarded Cam's influence on bringing McCoy to Carolina.  In that respect, he was "powerful."

McCoy undoubtedly made his decision on many factors, but $ wasn't one of them,  He was (IMO) more influenced by Cam's desire to have him here, the Division thing, of course, and the power lunch at which Luke, Greg, KK, and the others showed him love.

And I'm sure that he feels he fits well here, and can help win a Title.
