Something to think about for concerns about Cam’s shoulder, and of course that includes me ..... is that Cam was a big part of recruiting and they must have talked, etc.   McCoy must have been convinced Cam will be just fine.  So that’s a good sign I would think.

A league source told the Observer that a group of core players - including captains and others - took McCoy out to lunch on Friday when he was in town. That was a huge point of persuasion, because McCoy could see the team chemistry in action.

Well Hurney and Rivera know they can't phone in another 7-9 season without being canned at the end of it. So all this stuff doesn't surprise me at all.
