QBs- Carolina wins easily. Lamar throws about as well as Tim Teeblows did. Baker is a young gun with upside but is not close to Cam currently.

Owners- Baitmore has a Steve Bisciottl who kept Ray Rice on the team after he saw the video and has made extremely poor statements on many topics. Cleveland Jimmy Haslam stays in the courts with various lawsuits and until recently ran the most dysfunctional team in the history of sports with constant turnover. Carolina wins in a landslide here.

Weather- Simple Cleveland and Baltimore are much colder for someone who stayed in Tampa Bay all of his career.  Carolina wins again.

Living environment - Baltimore has the highest STDs in the nation and top five in violence. Cleveland is very depressing with it being the factory of sadness. Cost of living and Taxes are better in Carolina too. Another win for Carolina.

I almost feel sorry for the NFC South this year. Especially the Bucs.
