He is. He has drafted well throughout his entire career and knows how to build teams through the draft and free agency.

I think the Indiana Pacers should be our floor. A motorsports city with 2 pro teams (NFL/NBA), in a state that loves college basketball.

They've managed to be competitive over the years. There's no reason (other than bad ownership/management) that we shouldn't be able to do the same.
