Has Bacon earned a starting position?

Yes, Bacon should be starting for the team next season. He has beat out Monk for a spot as a starter and Monk has a long ways to go to catch up with him.

He is the de facto starter at SG/SF right now. Lamb is gone for $$$. Batum and MKG have done nothing to warrant the position over Bacon.

Although - I hope our roster is completely different in a few months. Kemba leaves and we have a firesale on vets or he stays and we try again to trade away assets to get rid of horrible contracts. Bacon might have done enough at the end of the season for another team to take on MKG or Zeller if it also nets them Bacon.. maybe

I hope so, but based on recent years the youth get very little run.

Absolutely. Also watching all these old game highlights makes me sad.. I miss Hornets basketball and Eric and Dell :(
