As Deion Sanders once said about himself (its always about himself) was that skinny legs make for fast runners.

He did have a couple kickoff returns in college.  But not a lot. Would be great to see him given that opportunity in training camp.  I want him on the roster and smith gone.

For skill positions the NFL seems to put 40 times ahead of on the field performance. A slow 40 for Kelvin Harmon gave the Skins a steal in the 6th round. He's a keeper. Hopefully so is Holyfield. 

His highlights are fun to watch. Looks like he plays pretty fast and runs angry.
