I never got into Mad Men that much when it was on. Didn't the Jared Harris character hang himself in that show too?

I'm also just now getting around to the final episode. Work got in the way and put a damper on my anticipation of the finale. The courtroom testimony about what is supposed to happen and did happen as well as the context of the operational test was riveting to watch. That’s as good an explanation I’ve seen of a well planned expert testimony even for an American courtroom, much less a show trial in 1980s Soviet Russia.

I was always puzzled by the Soviet Union, the philosophy, the thinking behind the way they governed.  It just blows me away that they wouldn't want the scientific truth,  in a closed hearing,  no less. And ending the series with the sound of a Geiger counter was the cherry on the radioactive cake of this series.

A great series I would highly recommend. I see a few Emmy's coming this shows way. Unless, that is, GOT doesn't sweep it.
