It is a lot of dark blue tones. It’s like the artist thought:  you know what will really show off this design? Showing what it will look like at night under a cloudy sky!

 no.   damnit.   i see about 150,000 different tones of color where most folks see 1,000,000.  went to see the blue fireflies up here.   real special, i was so stoked to find somebody who knew exactly where they were.  they looked the exact same color as the regular ones to me.   that's how i found out.
