If you had to choose one......Shaq Thompson or James Bradberry?

I agree Bradberry, but I feel like many are down on Shaq when he has been above average and could bring a huge contract after this year. He just turned 25 a few days ago, and when he has been allowed to play just linebacker  (not nickel) without TD he has played very well. This was from Rivera after Shaq had 13 tackles against the win against the Ravens this year:

Ok that’s great what about the 15 other games we played?

Would go with Bradberry here but guys need to remember that Shaq has probably been playing out of position. He was drafted to take the place of TD and it never happened.

Watch what he does this year in a more comfortable role

He did that for 4 games to start with last year and how did that work out?

Yeah like Funchess, training camp mvp. Never translates to the regular season.

Imagine going to a thread and pooping on everybody talking positively about Shaq. So much negativity from you lol. Hater.

80 tackles and 3.5 sacks all while not starting other than the first 4 games, and playing a huge amount of time in a role that captain couldn’t hold down. He is so athletic we used him in the large buffalo role, but he was above average when getting the chance to start. That’s why they had to let TD go.

Bradberry due to positional value but y'all continue to sleep hard on Shaq. He gets better every year as his role increases but it like many expect him to be prime Luke/TD already.

Too many people seem overly butthurt about Shaq. Sure his cap value is high at the moment but he is a good player. I can't see why you see so many saying we should cut him. He's the second best LB on our team. The rest of our non-Luke LB corps is pretty average.

Our secondary could already use some help at CB/S so I'd take Bradberry. Would like to think Shaq would come back at a very cheap price since he hasn't been a world beater. His athleticism is there and I think he could be even more efficient in a 3-4 defense like the one we're transitioning to currently. Our first round pick should probably be a LB next draft.

Yeah I'm a hater on a first rd pick that has never did anything even when given a chance when TD was out. No different than me not liking Butler he is garbage too.
