Bradberry is in the last year of his contract.

I’d be happy giving him $10M/year, top 20 CB money. He’s not much worse than a guy like Lattimore, just doesn’t have the takeaways, but those could come with more pressure upfront. And Lattimore will get $15M/yr+.

There is nothing for him to prove, especially to the Panthers.

I have been saying a LONG time, we are going to have to spend some big dollars on James, and I'm not real sure that we have planned for it.

How do you define big dollars? He doesn’t have the stats for top 5-10 CB money and wouldn’t get that on the open market. He’ll be a good value signing whether it’s us or another team. Hopefully us.

The fact that this guy doesn't open his mouth like Ramsey doesn't mean anything to the tape.  He shuts down impossible to cover guys in this division on the reg.  Hopefully the quiet way he goes about destroying dudes help us get a more team friendly deal but I want this guy around forever.

Bradberry does very well vs Julio and Thomas.  I mean, that alone is reason enough to keep him.

He is a confusing DB.  Because to do as well vs them as he can he doesn't really dominate like you think he would vs lesser WRs.

Yep. He hasn't lit the world on fire, but has good games at times. For me, 7-8 mil per year is as much as I'm giving him.

Let’s go 5-6 and call it a day. That’s right in line with his body of work. Which is has just been OK. Some people have a blanket of protection around him for some reason. He’s an avg NFL starter which is fine. Don’t break the bank.
