Your question wasn't about popularity. It was about where it is played. And in fact, it's played in every country you mentioned.

I love the Hornets and Panthers, but damn, the Canes have got me back into hockey again! It’s pretty fuging exciting to watch...just wished the mediocre teams in Charlotte had that much excitement.
