I mean, I like the pick, but what we need is a player THAT WILL MAKE SURE THAT AMINI SILATOLU NEVER PLAYS IN A PANTHERS UNIFORM AGAIN.

On most teams a paper bag would do that but this is project/depth that will be able to do G/T honestly but obviously would take some time to develop.

So I assume Daley is more of an OG than OT?

If not, what the fug was this pick all about?

Most like about having depth guys at OT that have the ability to play inside rather than the opposite which doesn't work. It's better for a OT to play OG rather than the opposite.

Thinking we leave Moton at RT, Greg Little to LT, move Daryl Williams to LG and Dennis Daley backs up both OT's spots.

But what about Clark and Newhouse?  Stay in shape, boys and keep your phones charged!!

I like Daley and will like him more after a year with Matsko.  He is a sleeper if I have ever seen one.

Even if he stays at OT, who are our backup OTs at the moment? How long have we gone with virtually non-existent OT depth?

You're not looking for plug and play starters on the third day of the draft. Honestly, you're just looking for guys who have a shot to make the roster.

Pre-Draft Analysis

Daley's subpar length and average-at-best foot speed raise concerns about his ability to protect the edge at the NFL level. He might have to move inside to guard. Hands and effort help mask an adequate mirror in pass protection. He gets off the ball and into position in the run game. Daley is not a massive mauler who is going to regularly move defenders off the ball, however.

Same type ppl said McCaffrey wouldn’t make it in the NFL.

Not compairing the two, just showing that none of their opinions matter. We will find out soon enough.
