Pre-Draft Analysis

Scarlett is well-built with very good speed. He has good contact balance and flashes the ability to run over defenders when he gets into the open field. He shows good burst through the hole and is fast enough to break long runs. He's not a natural pass-catcher. He waits on defenders instead of stepping up and meeting them in pass protection.
