Which would be a perfect example of ignoring a need for a reach at a subpar player who has the biggest red flag to me. Lack of effort way too often. 

  At least Ford would have been versatile enough to start at LG even if he can’t play LT. Which I think he can as well or better than Little.

If he didn't work at OT, he'd still be a mean-ass mauler at OG.
