Mainly what I was getting at is, everyone wants to compare the young rusher to Von Miller. I realize he’s the standard at pass rusher and his athletics jump off the charts. In reality, they’re nothing alike body wise. A more appropriate comparison is Jevon Kearse, even though Burns is a bit lighter.

True, but Von is the current standard for an undersized guy being an elite pass rusher in the NFL and Burns has similar measurables. I would never take a few similar numbers in a graphic like this to assume anyone is saying Burns will play like Von, that's just silly. The only point was a guy with very similar measurables has had success for the folks that believe Burns is undersized.

I’ve met Von in person and he’s 6-6’1 at absolute best. I’m just under 6’1 and was definitely taller than him.  Take that for what it’s worth.  Very different body than Burns.

Dynamic but not viscous. He hits/wraps up/tackles well but not necessarily with aggression but with finesse.

I don't know about pre-NFL Von Miller but aggression and dog is his whole game now.

Is Burns that guy? Does he need to be that guy? I do have the feeling that the NFL will change Burns but how much dog are they going to inject into him and is it necessary? We'll see.
