This guy... I swear is hd just a troll or are these opinions the thoughts of a real person?

Rosen sucks. I don't care if u don't like my opinions or not. Cardinals wasted a pick, and now u want to spend a 3rd on him. What the hell did u see that u would send a 3rd for him, please explain. I will try not to laugh.

Lol the people on the huddle. Would spend a 3rd rd pick on someone that looked like straight up trash last year in Arizona. That is a big HELL NO for me.

Arizona as a whole looked like straight up trash last year. Which is why they cut bait on the coaching regime after one season. I'd be hesitant to pin any of that on Rosen - we're talking about needing a backup QB after all.

Do you all think it will be a good idea for team chemistry with all the media circus that a move like that would start? Also who thinks Rosen would be cool with going to a team where he has no ability to compete for a starting job? If Cam is healthy he is starting. I highly doubt Rosen would agree to ride the bench for the next three years of his rookie deal when he was just a top first round pic. It’s easier said than done with the situation that we have

The thing is this is exactly the move a smart team like the patriots would make. It doesn’t matter if he is cool with or not. If Cam is healthy Rosen is just an insurance policy. Let him ball out and play a few preseason games, ship him off after cam is healthy for a first. He might even fetch 2 first later after people see his success and he’s young.

Rosen is a significantly better prospect who is probably more ready to step in now than developing Grier

Rosen still has a 1st round contract.  More expensive than what Grier would be.

That’s true.. But he has to be cheaper and a better investment than say signing a bet backup. His contract would probably be cheaper than that. And chances are if he Cam proves to be healthy you trade this guy after a season or two and flip him like some high value property for a first or so in a year. If he shows well in mop up duty.

And way more potential to stir the dreaded quarterback controversy, especially if Newton's health is iffy.

If you want to trade for Rosen, you have to accept that possibility.

He has a 3.9 million dollar cap hit for 2019, and 4.7 million dollar cap hit for 2020. To give up a 3rd and absorb that cap hit with all our needs Cam's arm has to be done to justify it.

The only teams that should trade for Rosen are the teams in need of a starter

Rosen doesn't seem like the type to hold a clip board this season or next  and be happy about it

Who cares if he is happy... you think Jimmy G or any of the Patriot backup were happy to be signed behind a legend that wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon? Fact is your here to learn as an insurance policy, do your job well the move on to your next starting destination. You have to play the long game like an adult.

Comparing a guy drafted to be a back up to a top ten draft pick who was the starter most of his rookie year and has made arrogant comments before and after the draft.... yea that makes sense

Because people respond well to "do what i tell you and shut the Fug up"

Nah. Nothing about Rosen appears to be better than Grier. Giving up a 3rd and paying as a 1st for Rosen doest sound too wise. He was inaccurate in college.  That wont change.

I'm not big on Grier in the 2nd but this certainly doesn't sound better.
