At the time it was Spoon or Morgan, and it was a no-brainer. In hindsight, it obviously would have been better to keep Spoon - but at the time there was no question.

For all the dumb decisions that the front office has made, they've more than made up for the Witherspoon flub. The vacuum at his old position led directly to us drafting Jon Beason, who actually usurped Diggs at weakside linebacker for a while in 2007 if any of you remember. He was moved to MLB after Morgan was put on IR that year and we started Diggs at WLB again.
