I like this draft. Not a ford fan.. but every other pick after that is about what I would do. Can’t win them all so slam dunk here.

Right and picking at 16 it’s almost impossible to say ... I think Marty was pretty honest saying they tried to plug as many holes in free agency as they could so they can let the draft come to them instead of reaching. With Hurney, Ron, and cam’s future on the team all riding on it too...this is a huge draft. This season’s going to give us continuity or chaos for the next few seasons

Agree, EDGE is a bigger need but the expectation has to be that the top 4 (Bosa, Allen, Burns, Sweat) will be selected before #16.

Rashan Gary has been red flagged for shoulder injuries and Clellin Ferrell might be a reach at 16. 

NY Giants will take the best available D-lineman and I think the Falcons take Brian Burns at 14

I'll be that guy, but don't think Savage lasts till third.  Also surprised if Montgomery lasts that long.

Works for me.  Wouldn't mind one offensive weapon somewhere, but defense and OL are the desperate needs. 

 

Also always worth reiterating...Moton very well may be our future LT.  But don't think we can count on Daryl going forward (if even this year).  OT, whether right or left, is a big need this year, and potentially our #1 need next year already.

On a side note if the “expert” analysts on nfl network are right about the teams being certain the giants will take a QB at 17 not at 6... hope like hell thats true and some QB desperate team makes us an offer we can’t refuse to slide back a few spots... especially if we’re thinking of taking a ford or mcgary type player

BUT

If we got those first 2 picks then Savage or heck even Thornhill began to fall to the mid 2nd.  Id be packaging both of those 3rds and moving up asap.  Would make 3 immediate impact starters at our 3 weakest positions
