The Spurs new stadium opened like two weeks ago. There are two games there this season. Panthers/Bucs and Bengals/Rams

Yea, I know...  I’m just saying Spurs played at Wembley for 2 years.  That was a reference to last year Spurs stadium comment.

Ok. Sorry, I’m not sure the relevance.

To your comment about last year.  Probably just misunderstanding.

Anyway, Rams owner owns Emirate Stadium in London which just as big and just as nice but has a soccer field only.

There was a game scheduled for the new Spurs stadium last year that had to be moved to Wembley because the stadium wasn’t finished in time. Fans bought season tickets to all the games which included the one game that was scheduled at Tottenham. There were more season ticket holders than available seats (because Wembley is 25K seats bigger). But the game was moved

I was at Arsenal in October. It’s nice. Tottenham will be nicer.

It was possibly delayed due to Brexit as well.  Spurs planned on taking out 5 years £350M loan but it ended up like 5 years £650M loan.  Almost double.

any thoughts on that? i'm in the early phases of planning that trip and need to secure tix before fuging around with flights

Looked up flights. If you can do the 9th to the 15th (if the 13th) tickets are $739 round trip with one stop.  Thursday to Monday is $1000 with one stop. Nonstop is $1400.

Have a feeling after that date is confirmed tomorrow night they’re going to increase quickly. Especially once all the rewards people immediately make their reservations and the availability goes down considerably

Edit: if you’re ready to buy a flight it might make sense to pull the trigger tonight. You can cancel within 24 hours at no penalty if the date is wrong

Yeah they definitely will go up after the dates are announced.

Also the change fee might be less than the new ticket price. But think airlines have caught onto that and charge you the difference now.
