I like everything I heard..loved the line about the pass rushers and lineman. Seems like they’re very aware i the strength of the draft and prepared. People might not like Tepper being talking to them everyday and all but I do. I want them non complacent and on their toes and ready to answer the why question when they take  a player. Come on draft night

I'm probably just being paranoid, but the line "no timetable" worried me. That's the same line the Colts gave the entire offseason before Luck ended up taking the year off. I know cause I drafted Luck late in my fantasy draft thinking he'd come back at some point that year. He never did. That combined with the seeming interest in a quarterback has me a little worried about Cam.

Owner involved directly with the draft, and will be in the war room.

I feel this would be different if this was a successful franchise, with Tepper’s people in place. These aren’t his people and this isn’t a successful franchise. Probably good for him to see first hand what’s going on and at the same time let Hurney and Rivers know that. They both need adult supervision.

Big fan of Tepper here.......but that concerns me too.

I think we’re all just too used to Jerry Richardson taking draft weekend off to get some serious leg shaving in hahaha. Hopefully he’s not trying to jerry Jones it. He didn’t own the team in time for last year’s draft so I can’t blame him for wanting to be there and involved, within reason . And I kinda like him being there to put a brake on Hurney in case he starts getting in a “ well if we don’t win me and Ron are out of here anyway...why not trade next year’s 1 for another player to help us keep that from happening” gambling mood

Rivera on Cam: "He's progressing very well.... He's exactly where he needs to be... There is no timetable."

If "there is no timetable" how can Riverboat say "he is exactly where he needs to be"?

Makes no sense.

The only thing I can figure is they actually learned something from the way the Colts handled Luck and take a patient route. I’d rather them  do that this time. After Cam’s shoulder, olsen’s foot, Williams’ knee etc I’ve had serious doubts about our medical departments ability to tell when a player is ready to come back
