Bosa not even the best DE in this draft. Allen has more potential, and will be the best DE out of this class when all is said and done. I even think Sweat will have a better career than Bosa.

That remains to be seen. Right now, Bosa is the best, and that's why he's the consensus number one DE, and the only one being discussed as possibly the first pick.

Oh, Bucky

Would not be surprised even a little bit for Ron to convince Hurn Dog to mortgage the future of this franchise for the sake of protecting his job at whatever cost.

Makes perfect sense to me.  That's been Rivera's modus operandi from Day One when he was offered the damn job.

Seems like we have a much better chance of trading back or if we’re thinking trading up it’s from 47...seems like we’ve met with a lot of players projected in that back of the first top , 10 of the 2nd range...Byron Murphy, McGary, Risner, the safeties , etc

According to this http://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart.asp trade value chart the number three this year is worth 2200

CAR owns pick 16 (1000), 47 (430), 77(205), 100 (100), 115 (64), 154 (29.4), 187 (16.2) that's a total of 1844.6

So it would take at LEAST 16, 47,  and either 77 plus a future 2nd or just a future first.

AKA this is a bad idea, and I agree I can't imagine Hurney 2.0 doing the same thing Hurney 1.0 would

Looking at this...we could trade all picks but 47 and move to 8.  Get Sweat there, Savage round 2.  2 value picks.  Fug, we should be picking 9.  Lol

I've been saying this in every thread I have commented on. This team wouldn't be content with just waiting on Ferrell. Everyones job is on the line right now. If your banking on a guy to transform your pass rush yeah Ferrell is safe,But is he gonna Revolutionize your pass rush? thats what the panthers need. If they don't get one of those teir 1 teir 2 freak guys then you might as well bank on your pass rush being about as good as last year.

Josh Allen is the only player that is worth a trade up discussion,... period.

hes a great talent in a very impactful position.

with that being said— echo Mr Scot— with Ruby Slippers,...

theres no trading next years first, there’s no trading next years first, there’s no trading next years first,.....

We all have our opinions, but i honestly don't see a huge difference between Allen and Burns.  Bosa is on another level to me.  Ferrell is my target for the Panthers, he can do it all, has a great motor, can blow through double teams, is good against the run (unlike pure speed rushers like Burns, watch how many times he just gives up on a play if hes doubled), and has hand skills that are pro ready.  Plus he dropped into coverage plenty so he's suitable to our hybrid scheme day 1. I haven't wanted a player more for the Panthers (Ferrell) since Star.  i'm excited for next week.  Burns is an elite speed rushing prospect with impressive bend, but i feel like he will be relegated to third and longs while he learns the pro game for the first 2-3 years.  Ferrell is more pro ready day 1 to me..Again everyone has their own opinions this time of year.

Ferrell is not an elite speed rusher.... where does this come from....
