What about starting the game with an Interception and putting us in a hole. Then getting some of the running game going. Then throwing another interception leading to another score. Our defense played well enough. The game was winnable. If we didn't muff the punt, and Jake led us down the field for a Touchdown to tie and we end up winning, i'd still believe we'd won in SPITE of his mistakes considering our defense, even with our special teams screwups, only let buffalo score 3 when they weren't already given the ball inside the 30.

I think Jake needs his time on the bench. I don't buy the ARZ revenge stuff he has just gotten weak as a player and he needs to ride to the bench to re-evaluate himself. IMO thats the best shot at saving his career. If he starts and continues to the blow the game again then anything he's got left as a QB will be shattered. We need him on the bench right now because if Matt Moore is not the answer then we will truely need Delhomme to pull us through the season.

Secondly, it's Matt Moore's time. And if he does play then he needs to be in the best position to win the game. And that means we start him, let him get ready, and let him get settled against ARZ. We will still question what we have in him if we throw him out there to the wolves in 3rd or 4th QTR. He needs a fair chance at a good game. If he plays, starting him is the only option.

Funny bro. Yea I agree. But Jake really should be given one last chance agaist the team who put him in this bad nightmare he is in. If he all of a sudden comes out firing at the cards and lead carolina to a victory. Then I will be happy. But he comes out and keeps pulling the same old crap like he has been. Then bench him for the rest of the season are until the backups get hurt which ever comes first. Then give Moore a chance to show what he got.

The team will turn on Jake. It's only a matter of time. We have offensive players with incentive laden contracts, and Jake is costing those players money with his horrible play. The loss of $$$$$ will cause players like Smith to hate Jake as a player. And not just Smith, other offensive players (Williams) have been seething with anger directed soley at Jake. Tempers will boil over and the team will break apart unless Jake is removed as starter, or he plays better.

I don't get how some people can be so ignorant to admit Jake is far past his prime... HE is the most direct cause of us being 2-4 right now. We need to look for other solutions.
