Honestly, it's barely as good as the old live action Tick show and not even in the ballpark when it comes to comparing it with the Fox cartoon series.

It often just comes across as tired, the scenery is all washed out and disappointing, and it is about as funny as watching Larry David fill out the paperwork for a colonoscopy. It's just meh.
