Why I've been saying if you get rushes at this team and make Ovi skate end to end hard, his legs get tired. As Ovi goes the caps go. You hit him, play him hard, get under his skin and push him to skate end to end and he stops being Ovi.

We just need to keep at this. Find a way to dig deep, keep the high energy play, keep the puck in our end and force them to contend with the physicality behind the net. We're winning those duels now and getting good chances on the other end of them. Just keep chipping away. They are there to be had. Just have to believe and push as hard as you can every second. We can absolutely fuging do this.

So I just got home from coaching a HS soccer game that went to OT. Team went down 4-3 in OT then came back and won 5-4...

Well we can't go down a goal in OT, so not sure if that is a good omen.

Win or lose, damn good effort and damn good series from a team the "so called experts" never gave a chance to. Hopefully the top line can break through and get a goal. Just cannot afford a dumb turnover or the Caps will make us pay
