Y'all should tell Tepper and his development team it's not enough land. They might need some professional help.

At 200 acres it's over 6 times the size of the current stadium property. (33 acres)

We have no idea what his background is on building construction and how much land will be needed. Let Tepper do what he has planned to do since he knows more about how this will work out than we do.

Not sure how much land there actually is, but it's a big piece of property.  That said, I'm not sure it's big enough for HQ, practice facilities, entertainment, AND a stadium/parking.

No stadium involved.

Or perhaps you should read more carefully.

The story says they're looking for a plot of land up to 200 acres. It does not give an acreage amount for this particular location.

Yeah, but some here have expressed concern that Tepper would build a new stadium in SC.  I don't see this site being large enough to do so.

Definitely not, but I don't buy the talk about him moving the stadium to South Carolina. There was speculation about a site that's right on the state border, but it's all just speculation right now.

I'd estimate the tract they're looking at is probably big enough to hold a practice facility, offices, etc. Not so sure about a lot of the additional stuff they've mentioned.

Dallas' facility is 91 acres.  County maps show only part of the parcel in question at 207 acres.
