I would like to see them cut Smith and pick up someone like Crabtree or Nelson. Crabtree has been pretty healthy and could be a great redzone target for Cam.

Pretty sure Hurney's plan doesn't include cutting Smith.

If Cam is healthy and the line does their job we don’t need as much as you’d think.

I wonder if any of these players we are thinking about cutting could be traded.  Given the market for WRs right now, it is possible that Smith could be traded for a mid to late round pick to a team desperate for a veteran WR.

While Marty officially holds the teams purse strings, I have to believe Tepper has some of his money people assisting with ideas  juggling the cap and not ending up in Hurney 1.O territory.
