For the record, I'm not saying it's a bad signing. It's a one-year, probably modest, deal. I'm glad the #Panthers added Irvin. I'm saying that there is high upside, but I'm not expecting a game changer.

I hate this guy.. Every post he submits should come with a "duh" emoji .. Who is calling this signing a game changer.. I don't think anybody thinks we just signed Kail Mack..lol this dude sucks.

Just keep an eye on that Cap level... we were close before and this isn't going to be a cheap signing.

We very well may see another cut coming because of this.

Still, I think it's a solid pick-up. The guy's a Panther now, let's hope he tears up the NFC South this coming season.

Man, imagine what we could have been if Hurney had control earlier and was not forced to do things for Jerry.  He has been patient and savvy.  

 

I appreciate how this all gives us flexibility to blow it up next year if we suck. 

 

This makes the draft much more exciting too.

Hurney 2.0 is on top of things. He might not be done wheeling and dealing. We need to get faster on defense due to the pass happy nature of today's NFL and we're doing just that. Also we're not locked into anything if things done pan out. Even the Poe signing looked good at the time, but Poe loafed off. D-line coach needs to crack the whip. This is so exciting, but I hate that Cam's shoulder is still a looming threat to our upcoming season.
