An odd front defense or "3-4" depending on the situation looks like fun with the addition of Irvin. Would look better with a good rookie too. I'm guessing the starting front 7 would look like: Front 5 DE/LB Addison DE Short NT Poe DE Horton DE/LB Irvin LBs Thompson Kuechly

In Luke Kuechly, Bruce Irvin and Dontari Poe, the Carolina Panthers will have three top-15 draft picks from the 2012 class in their front 7 in 2019.

I mean it could be Horton if he was under contract.  He's not, but that's not to say he won't be in the future.  But if you work for the Panthers shouldn't you know that.

Nice signing. Makes a lot of sense. Probably more than the Poe signing last season, because it's a great fit and he's still good.

Supposedly a problem in the Oakland locker room but to be honest I would be too. Terrible organization. Did decent with the falcons and tells me we are going to at least be running some 3-4. 

I expect a LB and a DE/olb to be drafted ( early ) now.
