If the trend holds true we should get our first and second rounder off the list of meets/official visits.  With that said, most of the positions outside of OT, S DE and to an extent DT as well as C, are day 3 guys.  I think center was in play early on, but obviously has been filled.  DT is a luxury pick and therefore will only be selected in round one or two if the draft goes significantly wrong for the Panthers, but obviously are covering all basis with the visits.

As most of us have already surmised, DE, S and OT are the targets and thus the biggest collection of top 50 big board prospects the team made contact with.  I think safety is not in play in round one unless there is a trade down.  I've seen Abram as high as an early 20's selection with no other safety predicted to go higher.  Again, we are looking at OT and DE #16.  I think the team is hoping the board falls favorably to them and one of the top DEs slips through the cracks.  I personally don't see it that way with Farrell and/or Burns being the top guys left by the time #16 rolls around.  The question then is what does the team value most between DE or OL?

One of the tackles should be left between Dillard and Jonah Williams, if not Cody Ford.  I think you go with value which is OL.  A top O-lineman or arguably the fifth and sixth best defensive end?  It's a matter if the team stacked their board on talent or need. I believe it's stacked on talent and therefore if the top 15 picks go as I think they will, OL will be the pick at #16.  If there's a trade down, all bets are off and I think DE and S are back in play along with OL.  I think there's zero question that if the Panthers trade up, they are going DE, but I think that's a very unlikely scenario.

It really feels like if things go well it could be something like:

1st: Edge

2nd: Safety (of those safeties they have met with you would think one would be there in 2nd)

3rd: OT

3rd: CB

With that being said I"m sure every pick will be different then what I just listed:)

What is throwing me off is an interior defensive lineman, whether its for a 4-3 DT or 3-4 DE.  This class looks great for filling that need, I'm just not sure where.

^^^ Realistic options linked to those positions

Is it weird that I am completely thrown off by the Eagles bringing in multiple Punters for a visit?  I mean.  I know rationally I shouldn't be.

It seems odd since the Eagles were 3rd in the NFL in average punt yardage and 2nd in net yardage. They had an elite punting game last year and their punter is still under contract and only 27.

We had a private meeting with Marquise Brown too.

Josh Norris believes Tytus Howard will be selected within first 10 picks of the 2nd round.

Dont see that happening.

Kid is good, but that shows you the depth of this class.  Howard is the 8th-9th OT on most peoples board in this class

The kid has visited 24 teams.  Lol.  It just takes one.  And it tells me he has some attributes that many people like.

You can still be a midround prospect and visit a lot of teams.  Those teams may be looking at him in case he falls to them in the 3rd.

Visit number doesnt show how high he will go.  Heck he's visited more teams than Jonah William's, is he better or go higher than him?No.
