Willing to Trade Down?

None of you are even mentioning Jonah Williams. I hope that it's because you don't believe that he'll fall.

If he falls, he should be the pick IMO. Of semi-realistic options in the 1st round I would go in this order:

Jonah Williams, Burns, Ferrell, Dilliard, Ford (Assuming Gary, Oliver, Sweat are all gone)

I can just hear the screaming on draft night , if a player other than a OL/DL is announced.  Of course, it may be a good bet that we have traded down and are picking for another team . The huddle will really test the hamsters at this point.  It won’t be until we get to their pick and the trade Is announced that sanity will return.  Alternatively, if we get past the low twenties,Hurney may have that player rated, BPA meaning no trade was made and ranting will proceed.

It all depends on how the board falls.  Just going to 20 gets us a third.

Lets say you grade on a 100 point scale and there is a 93, 89,88, and 88 left when it is your turn to pick.  You take the 93 and call it a day.  If the 93 is already gone and the 89,88, and 88 are the top 3 on your board you trade down to a point you are guaranteed to get one of them if the fourth guy is a tier below them.

Personally if Sweat is there you take him.  Maybe he is gone and your next three are Burns, Ford, and Williams.  Maybe you like all of them equally and at that point you can trade down.

At 16 I feel like there is a good chance that a trade down might be smart.  Those upper tier guys will probably all be gone so it might be a perfect spot to trade back.

I feel like Burns is gonna be the best of all the top defensive ends. He's undersized but has a great rush plan, bends like plastic man, and seems to have a high motor. If he can put on 15 pounds he'll be he'll for opposing offenses. If he can't then we're in trouble unless we go to a  3-4.

The only guy ahead of him for me is bosa and we aren't getting him
