How about I toss you in a forest full of animals and edible vegetation and no tools. What do you think you would be eating all day?

Now what would a tiger eat all day?

;)

Pretty easy , isn't it. Thats the nice thing about logic.

Exactly. Humans are natural foragers, not predators. Before humans figured out they could cultivate their vegetation for ease of foraging they realized tools could help them forage creatures, expanding their food sources.

If you and I were put in a situation where we had to survive in the forest. You would not survive on edible vegetation alone. In fact, I bet that both of our knowledge of edible vegetation is pretty lackluster.  There are no wild broccoli or carrots just sprouting about. The only thing that would keep us alive would be to hunt for meat.

Yep

We are not 100 percent plant based though. We can have 5-10% of our diet come from animal sources with no harmful effects. I imagine back in the day that was an occasional fresh carcas or plump grubs.

Or the Sioux which was a 100% carnivore tribe. Or tribes in Eastern Africa. Many other native tribes were strictly meat eaters.

And in fact, the growth of the human brain was directly the result of eating meat. Literally...

Just ponder to yourself, how did Europeans and native Americans survive in temperate climates or attics If they did not eat meat? Especially during the winter time? Did they have stored kale  and broccoli that would last the winter?

They ate meat, and died early from cardiovascular disease. No one is saying otherwise.

Now go study the populations of the longest lived people on Earth and take note of what they all eat. It's pretty interesting.

I'm no expert but I believe soy is estrogen rich.

it is. phyto-estregen, which have been shown to protect against prostate cancer. mammalian estrogen (found in meat and dairy) is what will mess with your hormone levels and can have a feminizing effect in carnivore men.

This worked out great for Colin Kaepernick.

All that happened to him was losing 30 lbs of muscle and starting job.

The great Tony Gonzalez tried vegan, lost weight/strength. When back to eating fish and regained his strength.

Hope Cam takes some good roids to avoid losing his muscle. I wonder hows the next few waves of rookies QBs look like.....

And died at 35 years old.

Also, that second point is a theory, far from proven. Most paleontologist believe the larger brain came from people doing more advanced things like developing social societies.
