Do cows eat meat or grass?  How do they become so 'meaty' if they dont eat meat?!?!?!?!  Oh, i guess grass has protein.  Educate yourself.

Yep, lots of similarities between cows and humans anatomy.

Begin by explaining to me why we have 99.999% the anatomy of all primates and all primates have a diet 95% plant based yet we are supposed to eat lots of meat.

Common sense should come into play here at some point

Tell you what. I’ll be happy to provide science and answer questions if you both promise to hear what I have to say and stop acting like an asshole towards me for simply providing an alternative way of dietary thinking.

But I’m not gonna write that out when I’m 99.999% sure you won’t read what I have to say and continues to make fun of my way of thinking without even understanding it. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of civility. You know nothing about it but are just slamming it. So unless you are willing to actually have a conversation and not act like a dick towards anymore, I’m done discussing it.

Typical huddle really. Thought you might be a bit more open to a conversation though.

There was a tile that humans were no different than our cousins. But that has not been the case for millennia’s. We have evolved out of the trees and hunted. The first Americans did not cross the Bering Strait to North America because they were following kale. They were following the herd of elk and deer.

If Vegan works for you, thats great.  I just get tired of vegans telling me my diet doesn't work for me.  There seems to be a theme here that vegan isnt an alternative way of dietary thinking.  It should be the *only* way of dietary thinking.  And that is what I disagree with.

i haven't said anything political lol don't personal attack me, i'm just laughing at the dude on a carnivore diet having a sense of overwhelming doom because he sipped some apple cider.

IT'S THE SULFITES.

Where your stance is on him (Peterson) has been openly discussed on this site before and the only responses you’ve made have name dropped him twice to poke fun at the diet. Call it what you want. I’m done discussing it unless someone is interested in an actual discussion. Have a good one.

Spot on. I never once insulted him, in fact I strait up told him I respect him for it. In return I get dumped on for thinking differently. So frustrating.

There is more historical precedence for heavy meat based and carnivore diets than a vegan diet. Veganism in history has been used for religious and fasting observance such as certain Buddhist, Catholic and Orthodox churches. Religious institutions realize the similar effects of veganism to fasting. That’s why it’s beneficial for many short term. But eventually you must break the fast. That’s why we’re seeing many long term vegans with health complications.

it’s  more more modern origins, Veganism was mostly in the fringe of new age followers and animal rights activists. But it’s become popular in the last decade with many people trying it with great short term benefits. But there are also many former Vegans no longer fearful of vegan backlash Who suffered because of this diet.

Why would you ever need to break the fast?  And aside from B12, what exactly cant you get on a vegan diet that you're so sure you can only get on a conventional diet?

I've had the conversation ad naseum really, and it is all silly. It all is a practice in data manipulation to allow you to eat lots of bacon and feel good about it.

Nevermind the prolific amiu t of data showing it causes heart disease and any number of cancers.

I get what you are saying. Its cool. Just doesn't even pass the common sense marker for me. Not interested in self delusion. I'd rather change my behavior for real benefits and no risk of bad side effects.

lol sure. You certainly come off as well versed in the subject. Despite the fact I don’t eat pork.

But I clearly have no common sense and love self delusion. You sure joined me into your superior ranks! Later
