Not longer lasting, that's the same. Just harder since all your arteries really open up including the one that flows blood to your peen.

That by itself should be enough motivation. I’ve simply started cutting meat from lunches several times a week  and tried to increase my fiber a lot. Even with those small changes, I’ve definitely had a noticeable change in erections. Talk about a boost in your confidence; it makes me feel like I did when I was 18 and in tip-top physical shape.

People have been eating meat since time immemorial and did not suffer from chronic diseases like diabetes and obesity. Last 50 years the USDA told the United States population that a low-fat grain-based diet was healthy. Meat was bad. Fat was bad especially saturated fat. Processed vegetable oil like Crisco and margarine was good. The whole world followed suit. Now more than 2/3 the US population are overweight with 1/3 being obese. almost 10% of the US population has diabetes and 1/3 are pre-diabetic.

this was from last year. I didn’t realize the foreshadowing. Derrick Morgan is a DE, and a vegan, and a free agent, and his wife makes vegan meals. Coincidentally, Cam is now a vegan and will need someone to make vegan meals and we need a DE?

poo is a lock.

plus he will probably take the Panthers hometown discount that 99% of FAs are dying to accept.

Since we are on the topic of nutrition and this is supposed to be a football forum, here is another ESPN article discussing the Bills and nutrition. It speaks to eating for actual nutrition. Also, you see the Bills, who have a financial incentive to keep players as healthy and fit as they can be, spending money for grass-fed meats. I thought that was interesting, as well as the   Spice shooters to help w inflammation.

Kind of not for the football forum...  but, can someone explain to me how you get you're daily caloric needs and protein off a vegan diet?  If I'm cutting, I usually go 1700 cals/day.  I could eat twenty 3 lbs. bags of spinach, and I would probably be at 300 calories total lol.  So, how do you get enough calories and protein...  especially if you dont add eggs or meat?  And it seems you just have to eat so much more bc the options arent calorie dense.

With the more stuff I've read, I'm thinking more about cutting out meat, but it just seems impossible.

Seriously.  You can not be that dumb.  I haven't eaten meat in over 20 years and probably healthier than most of you bubble but youngsters.

I love his dedication. He’s willing to go to the extremes to do it, but veganism is not the answer. Long term, it is a unhealthy unnatural, malnourishing diet. This will not end well.

I think this guy works for Smithfield Foods.

NEW self diet I call it.

N: natural foods

E: eliminate high process foods

W: workout mind/body/soul

After a lady hit me and hurt my back (9 herniated disc, 2 moderate/7 mild; 6 in my thoracic with t8t9 and t11t12 most impacted and 3 lumbar), I was on 2700mg of gabapentin and 1500mg of chlorzoxazone daily. I gained like 60lbs. I went from 200 to over 260 at over 20% bf in just under 2 years. I had to change my life quick or end up on My 600lb life. I changed my treatment plan to facet injections in which I receive every 8 to 10 weeks since not bad enough for surgery and will never get heal. Purgatory pretty much.

NEW system helped me to be disciplined. Workout part was to cut stress and help with the weight loss part. For my mind, I read books and working on my future business to leave my job. For body, I walk 2 miles minimal on weekdays and on weekends 5 miles. Soul, increased meditation and prayer.

My diet itself for eating is close to the wildman diet. I intermittent fast daily.

At 6'0", I am at 210 and 14% bf. My breathing is better, my skin is better, energy levels way up, my base line pain is down 40%, and many other areas have improved in my life.

My next step is to incorporate core strengthening exercises, various planks before finally adding weight lifting.

By the end of May, I want to be around 195 and 10% bf.

I agree with your NEW concept, getting rid of processed foods should be goal number one for everyone. Eat from farms, not labs.
