Adult Soccer League

Anyone know of an adult soccer league in Charlotte or surrounding area? I’m 30, recently got out of an extremely toxic relationship and getting back in shape. Haven’t played in about ten years but played in Concord/Charlotte area since I was 5. Played premier, classic, select, ODP etc. here, but just looking for a chill time while getting back in shape.

CPSL or MASL.  Both started their seasons already.  I play at YMCA...  their season is starting in 2 weeks.  I believe you can join as FA without YMCA membership.

Any Y.  I play at Morrison which is ways away from you.

Sportslink also has rec sports. They get a bunch of poo, and probably rightly so, but they're another organization you can look into. I play Softball through them.
