I don't see it happening much of an effect to be honest. The guy just doesn't reliably get open and when he does he doesn't reliably catch the football. I've seen enough to feel very comfortable saying that 2017 was a fluke. The other three years of his career he's been one of the least reliable receivers in football.

I'd stop well short of predicting it, but I acknowledge the possibility.

Hasn't been talked  much about, but the one major change last year was Norv Turner taking over as OC.  It's possible Funchess didn't work as well under Turner, though that wouldn't be a strike against Turner's hiring because obviously that was overall a great move.

I doubt it. Norv has always preferred bigger WRs. Funchess just sucked.

That's fair. Did Funchess ever play with a clear #1 WR? No. We all know that.  I don't think he's particularly good either but we'll see. 

Still,  I'm sure he will have some big games. TY plays about 60% out of the slot. When Funchess gets single coverage against an average CB he'll produce.

The Colts play us in Indianapolis this season.
