I know that he has been inconsistent, looked downright bad at times, amid some good. So did Nick Foles before he was jettisoned out of Philly the first time. Pass. Bortles commitment to football is a little questionable. I am not sure that is an influence that would fit well with the team.

Blake does seem like someone that would be pretty fun to have a few beers with, though

I’m happier with either Allen or Heinicke getting the #2 reps, preferably Allen. And frankly, if Cam isn’t ready would we have a better shot at winning with Bortles than Allen?

It has everything to do with anything. You created a thread to have debate, but everyone is saying the same thing he sucks and we don't want him. Kind of hard to discuss something that everyone agrees on. Understand?
