All trades had to be contingent on Brown getting a completely new deal making him the highest paid WR annually. Few teams have the space want to make that kind of commitment on a 31 year old disgruntled receiver. The trade value was low because Steelers had zero leverage and very few buyers that could meet Brown's demands. I'm glad he's not in the NFC at least.
