Yeh, would be a good draft— most of the mocks though have Bradbury going first round, some even before we pick. Poo happens though, people get taken whole rounds earlier and some drop 2 rounds from where experts say they will go

1. Sweat - no brainer. Great prospect St probably our greatest area of need.

2. Jenkins - again, no brainer. I'd love any of the top three center prospects at #47.

3. Herbig - Van Roten is a marginal starter/good backup type. LG can be upgraded, but I'm not sure a rookie 3rd rounder would be an immediate upgrade. Well, he might be but the odds of Ron playing him over a vet is slim.

4. Johnson - safety depth that's desperately needed. Maybe he develops into a starter. But this is the portion of the draft where solid depth/special teamers are good picks.

5. Homer - solid compliment to CMC. Small guy who runs bigger.

6. Cominsky - phenomenal athlete for his size. Pure potential pick. He's listed as EDGE, but I'd he drafts him as a 3 and/or 5 technique. He should have the scheme versatility we want with the ability to play inside on four man fronts or kick out to DE on three man fronts.

7. Christmas - I love this guy and I think he's getting lost in a very strong DL draft. Pure space eater and block occupied. Could probably hold down the nose in a three man front. Good run stuffer who offers little as a pass rusher.

8. Prince - desperately needed OT depth. Has a lot of potential.

9. Hurd - raw WR with size, we lack size in the WR corps.

I went hard on the oline early, tired of ignoring pass protection issues. If one or two of the dline works out thats a bonus. We wont be able to rebuild the defense in one offseason any imo

This is what I got...I'm happy with this draft overall, but I need to do more research on the TEs in the later rounds. I also was ticked off that I wasn't able to get Bryce Love...he was there late into the 6th round.  I watched the combine by Trysten Hill and he's going to be an absolute steal...

I agree with the first two picks but I think we should try to address edge rusher early on...plus I think we need to give Branden Mahon more time...Between Van Roten and Mahon, we should be fine at left guard...I think Center will be a bigger hole, plus of Mahon on Van Roten dont work out, you can always move Larsen to Guard while you drafted a young Center...too many times, I'm seeing Larsen getting pushed back into Cam's lap..
