I haven't defended anyone, this name I'm using is just to get reactions from fanboys like you.

Which is basically an admission that you don't have anything to say that's worth discussing. Hence the troll persona.

You probably think it's funny, but most of us look at you the same way we would a five year old running around an adult gathering desperately trying to get attention by shouting "poopy" over and over again.

(Hint: he thinks he's funny too)

For anyone over the age of ten, it's kinda pathetic, and frankly boring.

I could suggest you try to say something interesting so that it's worth having a conversation, but I wouldn't bet on your being capable, so...

I mean if facts are trolling, then I'm a troll.

How about addressing my concerns with Gettleman's drafting, free agency, and poor trades, instead of defaulting to the "i'm old asf so I know better" "i'm so above this discourse" card you pull every time you get into an arguement you can't win. it's old.

What facts? Has anyone ever said that DG was perfect? You downing an excellent draft class with strange opinions about value? Is that your facts?

And through all his flaws, he took over a team that had went 23-41 with no playoff( with way worse cap issues than now) and went 51-28-1 with 4 playoffy.

Cherry-picking moves doesn’t change any of those FACTS. Or that we.currently have a league wide joke at GM.

5 pages in and people are still on the defense about Dave's consistent inability to keep franchise players.

Just accept it.

The one he didn’t sign was a good move. Unless you think Josh Norman is worth 50M guaranteed?

He signed Cam, Luke, KK( who I’m sure you complained about since). Who are all the “Franchise” players he let go.

Sincere question: Are you open to folks addressing your concerns with Gettleman's drafting, FA, and trades?

And by open, I mean that you're reading with the intent to understand rather than to respond. I ask because most posters that claim they want the issue that they are concerned about to be addressed with facts will immediately attack the source of the data, disregard the data, or attack the poster that responded. Most folks that say they want facts are in fact not looking to be swayed, they just want an echo chamber.

If you're open to the idea that Gettleman was not a bad GM (read: not a "good" GM either. I wouldn't ask for a total paradigm shift, just the same courtesy that you should receive for expressing your concerns in that ), I would be more than happy to take a shot at it.

He also re-signed Ryan Kalil, Olsen, and TD without destroying the cap.

Do you think cutting players like Smith and Norman were smart moves? Do you understand how much cap space was spent on trying to find replacements, and failing? How about how much draft capital was squandered? Did having 20 million in cap space in season in 2016 do anything for the Panthers, no? It didn't did it? The Panthers went from one of the best teams in the NFL to having nearly the worst pass defense, and going onto missing the Super Bowl window, which I assure you is real. Though I guess having money to sign players like Matt Kalil, Nate Soldner was worth it.

History speaks for itself, he was fired for a reason. He'll be looking to retire soon, for a reason.

You used a whole lot of words there, and neither of them were a "yes" nor a "no" in response to my question.

Are you open to folks responding to your concerns regarding the previous GM in the sense that you are listening with the intent to learn and understand rather than attack and redirect?

Oh I see, so I have to answer a loaded question you pose? You do understand that your question was a loaded question, right?

Yes or no please.
