And this is exactly why we should trade for Antonio Brown!

You never know who might be trying to acquire him, they could be our rivals in the division Saints/Falcons/Bucs. Everybody in the division has a elite WR except us.

*My goodness if Brees ends up with AB it is over for the NFC.

Their wr group will be as good as the Falcons.

It's unclear if Silver is reporting this or merely speculating, though New Orleans would obviously be an ideal landing spot for the veteran wideout. Pairing Michael Thomas with a future Hall of Famer in AB would make the Saints' passing game nearly unstoppable. The problem, of course, is that Thomas is up for an extension and paying both him and Brown would be difficult to pull off. As it stands now, the Saints have just under $13 million in available cap space, fifth-fewest among the league's 32 teams. The Saints could certainly benefit from adding another top-level pass-catcher, though Brown landing in New Orleans is probably just a pipe dream.

This is why we need that elite pass rusher at 16, we gotta get to the QB. And a FS in the 2nd rd pick along with a true nickel with one of our 3rds and this wouldnt scare me and cripple them cap wise.
