Oh no. If we sign Brown it is for a 3 year deal at a minimum with outs and options after that.

We got him weapons. Moore looks legit. Samuel showed real signs of progression past year. Wright is a decent slot WR. Thomas looks like a legit successor to Olsen. I'd like to add a larger possession type WR to replace Funchess but I don't think it's a high priority. Other than that, let's shore up that OL and focus on the pass rush.

I’d love to see Brown here assuming Cam is healthy next season. This roster has a couple years left to make another super bowl run and Brown makes any team instantly better.

I stop short of saying we are stacked at receiver, but I think we're in good shape and don't need to spend a 1st rounder on him.  If he could be had for 2nd round pick, I would take it all day.  His salary figure is actually incredibly reasonable considering his absurd talent.  

Draft picks are a huge roll of the dice.  This is as close to a sure thing as you could hope for.
