Soliciting a prostitute can be a misdemeanor and no jail time.

People can go to jail for life for human trafficking.

Nah, article says women were brought in from China and were made to live in the spa and never allowed to leave. If that's not human trafficking then I don't know what is. He is Federally fuged.

This was a long term bust.  Sounds like they have receipts.  I always believe those that lie when caught deserve to be punished the hardest

Although I believe Richardson was guilty, it still was a "he said / she said" situation.

This has the potential to be way worse, especially with words like "trafficking" involved.

Yep.  Lawyers with unlimited funding will get a misdemeanor dismissed.  People will assume that means "innocent."

Haven't seen that in any report.  Are you sure you didn't just misread it?

I did find an article that showed a picture of the owner and mentioned her name.  It was an Asian name that I don't now remember.
