I was shocked that we signed one young talented safety, no way we sign two. If that were to happen I would go buy a lotto ticket immediately. With that being said, Collins is a great safety and I would take him in a minute (in a dream world where we had decent cap space.)

I doubt it. That would be almost half their cap space. Nobody is going to pay $12M for Collins, especially with a little bit of an injury concern. The safety market just isn't there still.

We don't need him with Eric now but man he's a solid player not sure wtf Gettleman is doing. 

 

I gotta say that I was one of the biggest Gettleman homers on this board, but as time passes he gets farther and farther away from his hits and has more and more misses
