The same guy called into the midday show Monday and told the same story but he said Tep's response was "you never know".  Now it's "a very good possibility".

I'm sure Mr. Tepper was just humoring the guy. But I would be all for it if we did sign Kap to backup Cam, makes a lot of sense.

It has been said many times about Kaepernick being signed but he will only take a starting position not back-up. He wants starter pay and we already have our starter in Cam. He needs to go to a team that is in need of a starter which we do not need yet.
